John McBreen, President and Founder
John has extensive experience in Web development, IT consulting and Product Management working for companies such as Stratus Computer, Fidelity Investments, and Booz Allen Hamilton. His expertise lies in developing business Websites and online applications. In 1997, he founded a consulting company, providing small businesses with effective Web strategies, and has developed over 150 Websites and online applications since. John took it upon himself to streamline the development of Websites by automating common processes. The result was a suite of online tools, now WebProActive™, that reduces the cost and time it takes to develop and manage a Website. In 2000, DesignApps was founded with the mission of providing customers access to these same tools to create, manage and improve their online presence. John holds a B.S. in Accounting from Bentley College.
Ian Sawyer, Communications Director
Ian’s skill set is derived from experiences as a High School English Teacher, High Tech Public Relations Executive, and freelance writer and editor. With DesignApps, his duties range from the marketing and product branding of WebProActive™ to providing clients with services such as creative copy writing and editing, information architecture, and strategy. Ian holds a B.A. in English and a minor in writing from Ithaca College and a M.A.T. (Master’s in Teaching) from Colgate University.
Brian Edwards, Director of Technology
Brian has over 10 years of experience in Information Technology at companies such as Stratus Computer, Inc. and Concord Communications. As Director of Technology, Brian oversees client services as well as product development and strategy, ensuring that customers have the cutting edge in web site management tools.

Manish is a talented and experienced Web developer and support technician. He has helped numberous clients implement WebProActive™ technology effectively as well as provided top notch support and consulting services.
